This six-week program is going to equip you with the tools, mentorship and community you need to transform your life both physically and spiritually.
THRIVE 40 is over a decade of hands-on experience distilled into a potent, practical and proven program that is research backed and Christ centered to help you optimize the five key areas of a healthy life: faith, food, fitness, focus and friends.
Our goal with THRIVE 40 is to leverage the pursuit of physical health and highlight how the voyage is much like our spiritual journey – both are endless invitations to honor God with our body, mind and spirit.
This community based series is going to encourage you to deepen your relationship with God and develop habits that will help you make healthy choices each and every day.
